Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charges
The standard delivery charge for one item is £4.50 to addresses in the UK mainland* and £9.50 for two items. Deliveries for the Rest of the World are charged @£10.00. (for more than one item please enquire about additional delivery costs) Subject to stock availability.
Despatch
Goods will be despatched to reach UK mainland customers* within 7 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. You will be advised if any of your ordered items are temporary unavailable.
Although we quote goods will be despatched within 7 working days from receipt of order, we always endeavour to despatch orders on the next working day. We do not offer same day delivery service for standard despatch. All orders for despatch on a Friday must be received at our office no later than 3.00pm.
Returns
We must be informed by e-mail if any items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly despatched within 3 days of receipt, at which stage a replacement item and return of the original item will be arranged.
Goods that are not defective or incorrectly despatched must be returned to us undamaged, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Return postage costs will be at your own expense. Proof of postage is required in the event of a lost package.
Non UK Mainland Customers* - Goods that are not in any way defective or incorrectly supplied must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Return postage costs will be at your own expense. Proof of postage is required in the event of a lost package.
All returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
*mainland addresses
Delivery to the Western Isles of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland together with some other UK postal addresses are subject to supplementary delivery charges or longer delivery times. If in any doubt as to whether this applies to your area, please email customer services at: enquires@funtodressup.com
A delivery made to customer's specified address which is returned to us as undeliverable may be refunded excluding the original postage and packing charge. If an alternative address is requested a second post and packing charge will be incurred.
